WHAT ARE THERAPEUTIC SOUND SESSIONS LIKE?
Individual Session
(one by one)
Group Session
Withdrawals
The individual session is a completely personalized space, where all the attention is focused on you.
It is performed on a therapeutic table, while wearing comfortable clothing, in a calm and supportive environment. During the session, the therapist places the therapeutic bowls on the body in different positions, especially on energy centers or chakras, as well as around the body.
When activated, the vibrations are transmitted directly through the tissues, generating a deep sense of relaxation. Many people describe it as an “internal massage” that helps release physical, mental, and emotional tension.
The session lasts approximately one hour, allowing you to gradually enter a state of deep calm and balance.
In group sessions, the experience is lived in a more immersive and collective way.
Participants lie down on mats, wearing comfortable clothing, in a space prepared for relaxation. Unlike the individual session, here the bowls and gong are not placed on the body, but the sound expands throughout the room, creating an enveloping vibrational field.
The sound reaches each person holistically, creating a feeling of deep immersion. It's like being inside the sound.
These sessions promote mental disconnection, relaxation of the nervous system, and a shared sense of calm, where each person experiences their own process within a collective experience.
Both options are designed for the same purpose:
to offer you a space to stop, let go and reconnect with yourself.
ATMA retreats are experiences designed to take a break from routine and dedicate time to your well-being.
During the retreat, different practices and rest areas are combined to allow you to disconnect from the daily rhythm and reconnect with yourself from a calmer and more conscious place.
Throughout the experience, you can participate in sound sessions, meditation and other wellness practices, as well as have moments to rest, be silent and simply enjoy the space.
Rather than filling the day with activities, the intention is to create a different rhythm: to slow down, clear the mind and give the body space to relax.
Each retreat has a particular duration and dynamic, but they all start from the same idea: to create a space to pause, return to the present and reconnect with yourself.
